ShippingFor U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.

- All international orders are shipped via U.S.P.S.
- International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.
- International orders are subject to billing address verification, and must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders with a different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed.
- Delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery charges will be accessed according to the carrier’s rates.
- Returns and Exchanges are not accepted on International orders (including Canada).

If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. *We do not refund original, or return shipping charges. - Exceptions: We do not accept returns undergarments, shoes, jewelry, handbags, accessories and items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
- Sale Items: Sale items may be returned only for store credit. Upon receipt of the item, we will issue you a credit that can only be redeemed at LA Duchess.
- International Orders: We do not accept returns on International orders, including Canadian orders.
- Swimwear Returns:In addition to all return stipulations: We allow a one time size exchange or return on swimsuits. All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. For this reason, do not remove your undergarments when you first try on the swimsuit. LA Duchess will not issue a refund or credit for returned swimwear unless it is returned within 10 days, in perfect, re-sellable condition. There will also be a 10% restocking fee for all swimwear returns. Please follow all other return guidelines and instructions.
- Damaged/ Defective Goods: At LA Duchess, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at Return@laduchess.com to be eligible for a refund.
Return Procedures1. Obtain Return Authorization - A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
- Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 10 days from the original delivery date.
- To obtain return authorization please email returns@laduchess.com
- You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved.
- All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.
2. Ship Authorized Returns - Return packages must be postmarked no later than 10 days from date of original delivery except in December we offer returns until Janurary 5th.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
- Return shipping address will be included on the Return Authorization confirmation memo.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
- Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
